Beginner Classes are 1-2 hours of guided scrapbooking time with Maria, focusing on a specific type of project or scrapbooking skill. Ask questions, get ideas, and enjoy the company of others. OR book an individual Beginner Class for yourself and get some 1-on-1 teaching time with Maria.

I host free beginner classes at all my in-person events and would like to welcome you and your friends to attend and learn more about scrapbooking.

Beginner Classes are for anyone & everyone

Signup for one of my planned beginner classes or request one for yourself or a group of your friends!

Many of my customers have expressed that they don’t have any friends to scrapbook with, and that’s why you love our events so much! We GET you!!!

But, if you look beyond your close friends and keep an eye on your social media platforms for people having babies and grandbabies, taking trips, retiring, and celebrating life’s big and small events. These are the people who might not even know about scrapbooking and how fun it can be to do something with those pictures and memories.

When you invite someone to attend an event, you become a host! When they show up at that event, you will earn host credits (think free product and CM Credits). I’ll take care of the rest—I’ll work with your friend to complete a card, or a 12×12 beginner layout, or an 8×8 paper album. They don’t need to bring anything and there is no cost for them to attend.

I will be hosting beginner classes at all my in-person events in 2024 but would welcome co-hosts, so please let me know if you’re interested in getting one started yourself!
