Croptoberfest is Coming!

I’m excited to announce our upcoming Croptoberfest events.

Laura Belfie Brady and I are hosting two events this fall — one will be in-person in Kingston and one will be virtual on zoom. I’m looking for a venue in Ottawa to see if I can add a third event (Oct 28) but so far, no go.

So, we invite you to register for one or both of our upcoming Croptoberfest events…

1) Saturday, September 30th in Kingston, Ontario (9am-9pm) – In-person event at the Holiday Inn Express Kingston West $95

2) Friday, October 13 (9am) to Sunday, October 15 (4pm) – Scrap-in Weekend on Zoom $95

Attend both events for $130 – one goodie bag containing the additional extra gift that is only available for the SIW attendees.

Price increases take into effect on September 12th – so register early to save $25 and get the early bird prices listed above.

Bring a friend. You will receive $25 CM Credits for bringing a friend who is new to Laura and I to the event — that’s $25 CM Credits PER new attendee!

How do I register? Great question! Click this link and register with our google registration form! Occupancy for the in-person event is 23 guests. Register early and before September 12th to get the best rate and to secure your spot.

More info…

- The goodie bags for each event are the same, except the Virtual goodie bag will contain one additional item for the first 24 people who register.
- You will only get one goodie bag when you register for both events
- We will NOT be offering classes at the in-person event to assemble the layouts in your goodie bag. You will have everything you need (supplies and instructions) to do them on your own. We will have samples posted in the crop room for you to refer to, as well. This event is too short for us to do all the layouts together – consider coming to the virtual event if you want to assemble your layouts with the group.
- We are selling a special Croptoberfest Tool Bundle containing exclusive products in honour of this event. You can only order it through the google registration form and we only have 24 bundles for sale. Register early!
- You can pre-order Croptoberfest products on the google registration form to receive at the event (or with your goodie bag for the SIW attendees). The products that are in the goodie bag are marked, so you can decide if you want more than the one you will receive in your goodie bag, or if you just want to purchase some of the additional items that are not going to be in your goodie bag (coverset, punch, etc.). Croptoberfest products are while supplies last. Register and shop early!
- We are offering a special deal if you purchase 2, 3 or 4 of the additional items – this special is ONLY available through the google registration form and only while supplies last. Register early!
- There is no discount for Creative Memories Advisors who register to attend our Croptoberfest events and they are not eligible to win door prizes. If advisors order the additional Croptoberfest products through their own CM account, they will get their discount though – so that’s a plus 🙂
- Once you register, we will send you an invoice for your registration fee and anything else you order through the form. You are fully registered and your spot is guaranteed once you pay your invoice. Thank you.
- Registration fee for the in-person Kingston event on Sept 30th is NON REFUNDABLE. You will receive your goodie bag even if you cannot attend, but unless we can fill your spot with another guest, we are not going to be able to refund your registration fee.
